Health appointments for you and your family. See a doctor or nurse, get a shot, or receive treatment.

The Women, Infant, and Children clinic and program provides healthy food and other support to families. 

Our staff is trained to provide preventative, restorative, and emergency services and will work with you and your family to ensure these services are delivered in a timely, caring, and affordable manner.

We partner with community members and organizations to improve the health of our communities.

If you have questions for a nurse, call (919) 693-2141 ext 134.

Nurse triage hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm.

Outside of those hours, call 919-230-9330.
