We are now offering a Diabetes Prevention Program!

Granville Vance is now offering the Diabetes Prevention Program starting this month! DPP is a structured and evidence-based program developed specifically to prevent type 2 diabetes. It has been shown to cut in half the risk of getting diabetes. DPP is designed for people who have prediabetes or are at risk for type 2 diabetes, but who do not already have diabetes. How It Works: The one year program is group-based and consists of weekly and monthly sessions led by a trained lifestyle coach who facilitates a small group of adults with similar goals in a community setting.
